政府介入产业集群治理的区域差异研究
Industry Cluster Governance modes in the view of Government
政府对集群的治理基于集群产业形态和制度环境的差异也表现出差异化的介入特征。根据介入程度和范围的差异，整体表现出强介入和弱介入两类基本形态。本文通过对集群发展典型区域的比较分析，重研究不同制度环境和产业形态下政府介入集群治理的差异性特征。探究不同介入模式下的深层因素，为我国政府更有效的介入集群治理提供经验借鉴。
In this paper,based on the difference among industry clusters, the cluster governance from government shows the otherness character. Strong intervention and weak intervention are the basic modes. This paper chooses five representative cluster region, analyze the different behavior and effort in the specifically industry. Study the deep-seated factors in these modes.
