目的解决镁合金低强匹配焊接问题,拓展镁合金轻量化的应用范围。方法针对AZ31镁合金静轴肩搅拌摩擦焊接头,采用焊后低温热变形、退火处理等工艺实现接头力学性能的提升,对搅拌区边部的微观组织、织构、晶界取向差角等微观特征进行表征,测试焊后处理样品的拉伸性能。结果焊后低温热变形结合退火处理可有效提升静轴肩搅拌摩擦焊接头的力学性能。通过微观组织织构表征与晶体学计算发现,焊接接头性能与织构调整对孪生变形及晶间协调变形的抑制效果密切相关。结论焊后低温热变形结合退火处理可有效改善镁合金搅拌摩擦焊接头的织构分布、织构集中度等微观特征,实现接头力学性能的提升。

he work aims to solve the strength undermatchingproblem of magnesium alloys, and expand the application range oflightweight magnesium alloys. In this work, the stationary shoulder friction stir welded AZ31 joint was processed by the post-weld hot deformation and subsequent annealing treatment. The corresponding microstructure, texture and mixorientation-angle distributionwere systematicallycharacterized and then the tensile properties were tested. It was detected that the grain orientations and their convergence on the weld side were effectively altered by post-weld treatment, thereby contributing substantially to the enhancement of joint performance. The underline strengthening mechanism was discussed by a comprehensive analysis of Schmid factor and geometric compatibility factor.
