公交停靠站设置在信号交叉口处时,公交车的停靠会对交叉口范围内的交通流的运行产生影响。基于假设和实际情况的分析,仿照物理学中做功原理,提出了受公交影响的信号交叉口进口道的通行效率的计算模型。此模型直观定量地评价信号交叉口进口道设置公交停靠站对交通流的影响。根据模型,通过分析公交停靠站距离交叉口的位置与该进口道受公交停靠站影响的通行效率之间的关系给出了在信号交叉口上游设置公交停靠站的方法。结果表明,该模型可以计算信号交叉口受公交停靠站影响的进口道通行效率以及给出设置公交停靠站的合理位置。

he bus stop has an impact on the signalized intersection's traffic flow when it is set up at the intersection upstream. Based on the assumption and the analysis of the practical situation, a model of calculating the efficiency of the lane at the intersection upstream, which imitates the work theory in physics, is given. This model is a tool which can be used to evaluate the signalized intersection upstream traffic flow quantificationally and intuitively. According to the model, it also gives a method to set the bus stop at the intersection upstream by the analysis of the relation between the length from the bus stop to the stop line and the efficiency of the lane at the signalized intersection upstream influenced by the bus stop. The result shows that this model can calculate the efficiency and gives a better location of the bus stop.
