LaAlO3和Al2O3共同包覆富Ni材料LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1提高其电化学性能
Improve electrochemical performance of Ni-rich cathode material LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1 by LaAlO3 and Al2O3 co-coating
本文通过固相法成功将LaAlO3和Al2O3共同包覆在富Ni材料LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1。通过XRD、SEM和TEM进行了表征。结果表明LaAlO3和Al2O3包覆后的材料为层状结构,包覆层没有改变主体结构。将材料作为锂离子电池的正极,电化学性能表明,包覆后的材料倍率和循环性能得到显著改善。
IIn this article, LaAlO3 and Al2O3 were coated on Ni-rich cathode material LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1 by solid method. XRD, SEM and TEM were tested. Results show that LaAlO3 and Al2O3 coating materials is layered structure, the coating layer have not changed the host structure. Coating material was used as cathode of lithium ion battery, electrochemical performance shows that the coated material rate and cycle performance are improved significantly.
