现场信号的实时采集处理与实时传输在工业控制、汽车交通等行业广泛应用.信号的精密处理要求越来越高.文中提出一种热敏电阻pt100的温度信号的采集、精密调理放大、A/D转换和实时传输电路,作为小信号处理的代表.给出了恒流源设计,信号调理放大,A/D转换,通信和显示等各模块的设计方案.分析了程序模块的设计方案.设计注重信号的处理精度,传输实时性和抗干扰性等.该设计电路适用于轮机系统、工业控制等环境较为恶劣的场合.设计电路在了高温、电磁辐射等环境下运行良好证明了电路的可靠性与实用性。

he real-time signal capture, processing and transmission are widely used inindustry control,automotive industry and transportation industry.The accuracy requirements of the signal processing getting higher and higher.As the representative of Micro-signal processing,this paper presents a circuit to acquisition,precision conditioning and enlarge,analog to digital transfer and the real-time transmission the signal from the thermistor pt100.The design of the constant current source,conditioning and enlarge,analog to digital transfer,transmission and display model have gived in this paper.the design of the process model have been introduced in detail. This design are focused on the accurate of signal processing,real-time of transmission and anti-electromagnetic interface. This circuit can work well in high temperature and electromagnetic interface.It is evidenced that the design are work Reliability in dickly environment and suit for the marine Diesel engine system,industrial contron and so on.
