基于联盟的多应急点资源调度模型
Model of Resource Allocation for Multiple Emergence Sites Based on Coalition
应急资源调度问题是应急管理的核心环节，主要研究如何让分散的资源尽快到达应急地点。通过分析已有应急资源调度模型的局限性，针对多应急点同时存在时应急救援中多种资源调度问题，提出一种基于联盟的应急资源调度模型，侧重于解决应急资源的冲突。实例表明了模型的有效性。
Emergency resource allocation problem is the core areas of emergency management, and mainly study how to make the distributed resources to reach the emergency location as soon as possible. The limitations of existing emergency resources allocation models are analyzed, and a new model of multi-emergency depots for multi-resource allocation based on coalition is proposed, which focuses on the conflict of emergency resource. Finally, a numerical example is given to verify the model's validity.
