额定风速以下,风能转换系统(Wind Energy Conversion System, WECS)控制发电机转速使风能的捕获率最大,同时抑制过大的电磁转矩振荡,提高系统运行的可靠性。根据风速的多时间尺度特性,在风能转换系统非线性机理模型的基础上,建立风能转换系统的双频模型;并设计了双频环优化控制器,其中低频环采用PI稳态优化控制方法;高频环采用H2/H∞状态反馈的多目标优化控制。仿真结果表明,基于H2/H∞状态反馈的风能转换系统的双频环优化控制方法是有效的,并在多个控制指标之间进行折衷处理。

When the wind speed is below the rated value, the generator is controlled to maximize the efficiency of captured wind energy, as well as to reduce its mechanical oscillation to keep the wind energy conversion system (WECS) running steadily. According to multi-time scale of wind speed, two-frequency model is established for WECS based on the nonlinear mechanical model, and then two-frequency-loop optimal controller is designed. PI static optimal control is used in the low-frequency-loop, while multi-objective H2/H∞ state feedback optimal control is introduced in the high-frequency-loop. Simulation results demonstrate the feasibility of two-frequency-loop optimal control based on multi-objective H2/H∞ state feedback, and a trade-off is achieved between multi-objective optimizations.
