Use Gean4 toolkit to simulate neutron capture therapy (BNCT), explore the method of constructing head mold from CT images, and evaluate energy deposition distribution.Through threshold segmentation and clustering, build an approximate head model from CT scan images。For a high-density volume, mix the material BPA to make the B10 content is 100μg/g. For a plane source with neutron energy of 100eV, Geant4 is used to simulate the neutron transport process, record secondary particles and energy deposition, obtain the spatial distribution of energy deposition. The results show that the high-precision physical model (HP) is suitable for BNCT simulation, and the volume of mixing 10B has a much larger energy deposit than the rest of the head.
