应用Ullmann型交叉偶联反应合成2-芳基-3-氧代丁酸酯的研究
Studies on the Synthesis of 2-aryl-3-oxobutanoate via Ullmann type Cross-coupling Reaction
本文对应用Ullmann交叉偶联反应合成重要药物合成中间体2-(2-氟-3甲氧基)-苯基-3-氧代丁酸酯的合成方法进行了较系统的研究,发现了溶剂效应对偶联反应的重要影响,对于改进目标药物合成方法有重要意义。
In this paper, a systematic study was carried out on a novel pharmaceutical synthesis intermediate 2-(2-fluoro-3-methoxyl)phenyl-3-oxobutyrate which was synthesized by Ullmann coupling reaction. The experimental results imply an important solvent effect on the cross-coupling reaction, which was of great significance for improving the synthesis method of target drug.
