中国高新技术产业技术效率实证研究

Under the background of rapid scientific development and economic globalization, competition among countries and regions is to a great extent the competition of high and new technology industry. In traditional economic theory, economic growth is mainly attributed to factou inputs and improvement of productivity. During the present period of expecting society’s sustainable development and exploring to change the mode of economic growth, technical efficiency (TE) has become one of the important aspects of measuring economic growth. So, it is important for advancing the development level and competition with researching the TE of High-Tech Industry. Based on the development facets of High-Tech industry in China, combined with the related researches native and abroad, and the researching object is seventeen industries of High-Tech Industry in China, using Data Envelopment Analysis calculated these technical efficiency, then as dependent variable, use Tobit regression, analysising the main infuence factor of High-Tech Industry in China.
