ETFE薄膜材料参数设计值研究

Studies on Design Values of Material Parameters of ETFE Foil

目前,ETFE薄膜结构设计方法与设计参数研究相对滞后,国内外均未正式发布相关设计规范。本文首先对5种厚度、307片ETFE薄膜试件进行单轴拉伸试验,得到第一屈服点、第二屈服点及抗拉极限点的应力值、应变值以及各弹性模量统计值。其次,根据ETFE薄膜材性及其结构受力特性,确定了单层张拉式以及气枕式结构的ETFE薄膜强度标准值。最后,确定ETFE薄膜材性不定性统计参数和几何不定性统计参数,根据结构抗力不定性及荷载不定性统计参数,计算并确定了ETFE薄膜单层张拉式以及气枕式结构在风荷载、雪荷载组合时的材料抗力分项系数与强度设计值的建议值,给出了ETFE薄膜弹性模量和泊松比建议值。

By now, the design method of ETFE foil structures and the determination of design values of material property of ETFE foil have not been studied sufficiently. No official design specification related to ETFE foil structures can be found. Firstly, uniaxial tensile tests using five kinds of ETFE foils with different thickness (307 pieces of specimen in total) are carried out in this paper. The stress and strain of the first yield point, the second yield point and the tensile limit point at the tensile curve of ETFE foil are obtained and the elastic modulus are calculated. Secondly, the standard values of tensile strength of ETFE foil for both single-layer tension type and cushion type ETFE structures are suggested by considering the material property and the mechanical behaviors ETFE foil structures. Lastly, the strength uncertainty parameters and the geometry uncertainty parameters are determined. Utilizing the statistic data of component resistance uncertainty and load uncertainty, the partial safety factor for resistance and the design values of strength of tension type and cushion type structures are calculated in the case of wind load combination and snow load combination. The elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio of ETFE foil are also suggested in the paper.
