棉花异性纤维剔除延时时间控制算法的分析

本文以一种基于CCD+DSP的棉花异性纤维剔除系统为基础,深入分析了棉花异纤纤维从检测到剔除相关的六个控制时间段,即摄像头传送图像时间、DSP图像处理时间、PLC系统执行程序时间、喷气阀开启时间、高压气体从喷嘴喷出到异性纤维棉层时间、棉流在管道里的传送时间。在深入研究各个时间段所涉及设备的原理和控制参数的基础上,详细讨论了各个时间段的形成过程和计算方法,并系统说明了各个时间段对棉花异性纤维剔除时间控制的影响且给出了棉花异性纤维剔除时间控制的计算公式。另外,文章在分析棉流在管道里的传送时间的过程中还进一步提出了一种基于超声波传输时间差法对气流进行速度检测的方法。
Based on a CCD+DSP cotton foreign fiber separated system, the concerned six time slots about the delayed time of separating foreign fiber---the delayed time of transmitting a image from CCD to DSP, the delayed time of image processing of DSP, the delayed time of carrying out PLC programs, the delayed time of opening solenoid valve, the delayed time of air current moving to foreign fibers, and the delayed time of transporting cotton from detected point to separated point---were analyzed fully and clearly in the article. The six time slots were calculated accurately after confirming the concerned apparatuses characteristics and control parameters. The formula of calculating the six time slots were also given in the article. In order to calculate the delayed time of transporting cotton from detected point to separated point, a way of detecting air current moving speed which based on ultrasonic was also proposed in the article.
