以钛酸四丁酯为原料,采用溶胶-水热合成法在聚酯织物表面合成锐钛矿型纳米二氧化钛,并通过十二氟庚基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(DFTMS)对其进行后续修饰,制得功能性聚酯织物。讨论了钛酸四丁酯的用量对聚酯织物疏水性能的影响,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外-可见光谱(UV-VIS)及接触角测量仪对产品性能进行表征。结果表明:经锐钛矿型二氧化钛水热处理和DFTMS后续修饰的聚酯织物具有超疏水和优良的抗紫外性能。

he aim of study is to fabricate functional fiber for clothing requirements. Anatase Titania nanoparticals were prepared by the sol-hydrothermal method with tetrabutyl titanate as raw materials. The functional polymer fabrics were obtained by combining the coating of anatase titanium dioxide (TiO2) with the subsequent dodecafluoroheptyl-propyl-trimethoxysilane (DFTMS) modification. The effects of various ratio of tetrabutyl titanate on hydrophobicity and UV-shielding property of fabrics were studied. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV-vis spectrophotometry and contact angle measurement were employed to characterize the functional fabrics. The polymer fabrics samples showed superhydrophobicity and UV-shielding property.
