树轮稳定氮同位素组成研究法在研究局域尺度、大尺度时间范围氮循环的长期变化趋势方面，具有其独特优势。本文在总结树轮稳定氮同位素分析的理论基础，以及影响树轮稳定氮同位素分馏因素的基础上，结合国内外研究现状分析了树轮稳定氮同位素组成的研究进展，并探讨了研究前景。
he method of tree-ring stable nitrogen isotopic composition has its unique advantages in the study of the long-term change trend of the nitrogen cycle on local area scale or scope of large scale time. Based on the theory of tree-ring stable nitrogen isotope as well as the factors influencing tree-ring stable nitrogen isotope fractionation, combining the research status at home and abroad, this article analyzes the research progress of tree-ring stable nitrogen isotopic composition and discusses the research prospects.
