左金丸有效部位PH-敏感凝胶剂成型工艺研究
Study on the preparation of ZuoJin prescription PH-sensitive gel
目的:将左金丸有效部位制成PH敏感凝胶剂,以探索中药复方胃部PH敏感自调式给药新制剂的研究方法。方法:以生物多糖壳聚糖为单体,聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮(PVP)为骨架材料,甲醛溶液为引发剂在温和条件下制备凝胶载体,确定胃部PH敏感凝胶的最佳合成工艺,以载药率为指标,初步考察了加药顺序对该凝胶剂成型工艺的影响。结果:确定了在pH=1条件下溶胀最敏感的凝胶合成工艺。将干凝胶加入pH=1的左金丸有效部位溶液中,充分溶胀后测定载药率为11.26%。结论:确定了壳聚糖浓度、PVP浓度和甲醛加入量三者的最佳比例并进行了初步的成型工艺研究,但结果表明当前研究的凝胶剂载药量较小,还需要进一步研究其成型工艺。
im: making effective parts of the effective parts of ZuoJin prescription into PH-sensitive gel, in order to study the method of new preparation that can administration by PH-sensitive and self-regulation.Method: The study selected biodegradable biopolysaccharides chitosan as monomer, polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVPK30) as framework material, and Formaldehyde Solution as the initiator to prepare gel carrying agent to determined the best gel synthesis technology.And make pH-sensitive gel of effective parts of ZuoJin prescription and the influence of the gel modeling technique the feeding sequence in the target of the rate of carrying medicine.Results: It can make identification of the gel synthesis technique under the condition of PH=1 having a best sensitive swelling. When putting xerogel into the solution of effective parts of ZuoJin prescription (PH=1), after full of swelling, the rate of carrying medicine of 11.26%.Conclusions: This study got result of best rate about concentration of chitosan, polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) and the quantity of formaldehyde, and took the preliminary research about modeling technique, but the molding results of the study indicated that the current gel containing small amount of drugs, and needed a further study.
