小麦芒长近等基因系的芒发育动态与超微结构研究
Study on the Devolopment Dynamic and ultrastructure of awn in Near-isogenic Lines of Wheat with Different Awn Length
本研究以一对小麦芒长抑制基因 B1的近等基因系 SN051-1 (有芒)与 SN051-2 (无芒)为材料,对其性状特点、芒发育动态、千粒重进行了调查。结果表明,SN051-1与 SN051-2生育期相近,植株表现基本一致,仅芒的长度存在显著差异;在药隔分化期芒开始伸长,SN051-1与 SN051-2的芒长开始出现差异;芒中绿色细胞中富含叶绿体和线粒体,且SN051-1中的叶绿体比SN051-2中的大;亲本、F2群体、BC1群体中有芒单株的平均千粒重均高于无芒单株的平均千粒重,说明芒对小麦的籽粒灌浆和千粒重存在着重要作用。
In this study, near-isogenic lines of bread wheat with different awn length, SN051-1 and SN051-2 which had allele conferring the awn-inhibitor gene B1, were investigated on characteristics, developmental dynamic, thousand kernel weight. The results showed that the two lines have obvious difference in awn leagth with the similar growth period and plant performence. Green cells in awn are rich in chloroplast and mitochondria. Furthermore chloroplast in SN051-1 is bigger than that in SN051-2. The further results demonstrated that the thousand kernel weight of awned plant is higher than that of awnless plant in parents, F2 population and BC1 population, which illustrated that awns take an important role in grain filling and thousand kernel weight.
