Study on the Relationship between High Salinity Induced Senescence Associated Gene and Ethylene Signal Pathway

目的:研究乙烯信号通路在高盐胁迫诱导的衰老中的作用。方法:应用基因芯片技术手段及Cluster聚类分析及Treeview软件分析高盐诱导的衰老基因与乙烯信号通路的关系。结果:二者之间的关系可以分为五个类群:(I )盐上调的EIN3、EIL1依赖型;(II)盐上调EIN3下调;(III)盐上调的EIN3、EIL1非依赖型;(IV)盐下调EIN3上调;(V)盐下调的EIN3、EIL1非依赖型。结论:高盐诱导的衰老基因表达与乙烯信号通路的关系可以分析EIN3/EIL1依赖与非依赖型。

Objective: Studying the role of ethylene signal pathway in high salinity induced senescence associated gene expression. Methods: using microarray chip technique, Cluster analysis and treeview software to analyze microarray data. Results: relationship between high salinity induced SAG and EIN3 categorized in detail into five types: (I) Salt up-regulated genes dependent on EIN3/EIL1; (II) Up-regulated by salt in ein3eil1; (III) Salt up-regulated genes independent of EIN3/EIL1; (IV) Down-regulated by salt in ein3eil1 (V) Salt down-regulated genes independent of EIN3/EIL1. Conclusion: take together, relationship between those categorized into EIN3/EIL1 dependant and independent.
