工作分析的新时代--基于变换工作场所的工作分析新纪元
New Era of Job Analysis-A New Era of Job Analysis Based on the Changing Workplace
工作分析是所有人力资源实践的核心,是每个组织中一项极为重要的管理活动。然而,日益激烈的竞争,更短的产品生命周期,快速的技术创新,组织结构类型的不断变化,使得如今不断变化的工作环境的基本假设变得越发令人质疑。而且,传统的工作分析方法太过简单,不适用于许多新出现的职位,一些学者认为它甚至可能会妨碍组织的成功。这就需要有一种更积极的、更具有战略意义的工作分析方法出现,使得原来的分析程序能够继续适用。本文强调工作分析需要一种具有战略意义的方法--基于变换工作场所的工作分析方法,提出了战略性的工作分析框架,并讨论了其独特优势之所在。
Job analysis is not only the core of all human resource practices, but also a very important management activity of each organization. However, the increasingly fierce competition, shorter product life cycles, rapid technological innovation and constant changeable organizational structure type make the basic assumptions of present continuous changing working environment become even more questionable. Moreover, the traditional job analysis methods are too simple, which are not suitable to many emerging positions. Some scholars believe it may even interfere with the organization‘s success. This requires a more proactive, more strategic methods of job analysis, allowing the original analysis procedure can continue to apply. This paper emphasize that there need a more strategic approach for job analysis --job analysis based on changing workplace, put forward a framework for strategic job analysis, and discuss its unique strengths.
