表面形貌的逾渗特性研究

在机械流变模型的基础上探讨了表面形貌的逾渗特性的表征方法,提出了表面逾渗特性表征参数,并基于Matlab软件编制了相应的算法。通过分析模拟高斯随机表面和实际表面的逾渗特性,揭示了表面逾渗发生的规律。结果表明:不论是模拟表面还是实际表面,从谷底到峰顶的某一截面高度上,逾渗现象都会出现,且模拟表面发生逾渗时的空体面积比接近逾渗阈值的理论值0.592746,而实际表面的逾渗阈值接近0.5;提出的逾渗特性参数可以很好的反映表面的逾渗特性以及表面几何特征;且同一表面不同方向的逾渗特性是有所差异的。纹理型式对表面的逾渗特性也有很大影响。

On the basis of mechanical rheological model,the article explore the representation effect of percolation on surface topography and define surface percolation characteristic parameters, besides compile the corresponding algorithm based on Matlab software according to the parameters definition. By analyzing the percolation characteristic of the simulation gaussian random surface and real surface data, reveal the surface percolation rule. And analyze micro-texture surface shape、depth、area ratio's effect on surface percolation characteristic. The result shown that no matter simulation surface or real surface, when surface height vary from valley to summit, the percolation phenomenon come up. And simulation comes at void area closed in percolation theory value 0.592746 but real original surface at 0.5. for the same surface it have different percolation characteristic when computer in different side. And the differentiation of texture surface bigger than the original one.Texture type has influlence on surface percolaition characteristics.
