平面电容传感器是一种基于边缘电场检测原理的传感器,具有单边检测、穿透深度及信号强度可调的优点,被广泛应用于非金属材料的无损检测。论文对用于热障涂层缺陷检测的平面电容传感器的工作原理进行了分析,介绍了热障涂层的结构,利用COMSOL有限元仿真软件对传感器结构进行了优化设计,设计了可用于发动机叶片热障涂层缺陷检测的系统,并对传感器的性能进行了测试。测试结果表明基于平面电容传感器的缺陷检测系统可以有效地检测出非金属材料的缺陷。。

Planar capacitive sensor is a sensor based on the principle of fringing electric field, with the advantages of one-side access, controllability of signal strength and penetration depth. Planar capacitive sensors are widely used for nondestructive measurement of non-metallic materials. The principle of the planar capacitance sensor was analyzed in this paper, the structure of the thermal barrier coating was described and the sensor structure was optimized with COMSOL finite element simulation software. The defect detection system used for defect detection of thermal barrier coatings in engine blades was designed and the performance of the sensor was tested. The testing results show that the defect detection system which based on flexible planar capacitive sensor can detect the defects in non-metallic materials effectively.)
