本文通过有限元(FEM)法,研究二平行传输线周围的电磁场分布,并对二平行线模型的传输线串扰时域响应进行了仿真研究,仿真分析不同的负载阻抗对串扰电压大小的影响,并将理论仿真结果与SPICE仿真结果及实验结果进行了比较分析。结果显示:仿真波形的振荡与幅度和实验结果的振荡与幅度基本一致,并且在匹配阻抗下其仿真精度大于SPICE仿真精度。这说明有限元法在分析ns级上升沿的传输线耦合问题是有效的。

his paper utilizes Finite Element Method (FEM) to study the distribution of two parallel transmission lines electromagnetic field, and the simulation of time domain crosstalk response with different load impedance. The crosstalk coupling voltage is analyzed through adding the trapezoidal wave with 18 ns level rising edge at the port of the generator line. The SPICE simulation and the experimental data are compared with this simulation. The results showed that: The FEM simulation are basically consistent with the experimental results, and the simulation accuracy is greater than SPICE simulation accuracy with the matched impedance. It is proved that the FEM is available in the analysis of the crosstalk of transmission lines with ns level rising edge.
