本文从热力学角度出发,以图解的方式直观地揭示了Mod.9Cr-1Mo钢中碳、氮、铝、钒和铌等微量元素之间的交互作用及其对强化相析出的影响规律。分析结果表明在高温服役过程中,钢中较低的铌、钒和铝含量与较高的N含量配合有助于增加VN相的弥散析出和抑制M23C6相的粗化速度,其结论与实际相符。
Interaction of minor elements in Mod.9Cr-1Mo steel, such as C, N, Al, V and Nb, and their effects on the precipitating behavior of strengthening phases were revealed by graphics based on thermodynamics theory. The results shows that lower contents of Nb , V as well as Al and upper content of N in Mod.9Cr-1Mo steel is favorable to the dispersal precipitation of VN phase and the suppression of M23C6 carbide coursening process during high temperature service, which are consonant with actuality.
