中小学生压力源结构研究

在2018年全国两会上,"给中小学生减负"再次成为了焦点话题,使得中小学生压力问题持续升温。为探索中小学生压力现状,分析其压力来源及影响因素的影响力,在文献分析的基础上,结合半开放式访谈,初步确定了中小学生压力源维度,借鉴已成型问卷项目,编制了中小学生压力影响因素问卷。基于结构方程模型原理,构建中小学生压力影响因素模型,并根据标准化路径系数分析各影响因素的影响力大小,对调查数据进行探索性和验证性因子分析。结果表明:中小学生压力源是一个多维度系统,受自身因素和环境因素影响,包括自我控制感、自我满意度、家庭支持、教育管理、角色冲突、学业负荷、社会氛围。基于7个因素提出"自身-家庭-学校-社会"四位一体的压力干预体系。

In the two national conferences in 2018, "to reduce the burden of primary and secondary school students" once again became the focus of the topic, making the pressure of primary and secondary school students continues to heat up. In order to explore the pressure status of primary and secondary school students, analyze the sources of pressure and the influence of influencing factors, on the basis of literature analysis, combined with semi-open interviews, the dimensions of pressure sources of primary and secondary school students were preliminarily determined, and the influencing factors questionnaire of pressure of primary and secondary school students was compiled by referring to the formative questionnaire items. Based on the principle of structural equation model, this paper constructs the influencing factors model of primary and secondary school students\'stress, and analyzes the influencing power of each influencing factor according to the standardized path coefficient. The results show that the stress source of primary and secondary school students is a multi-dimensional system, which is influenced by self-control, self-satisfaction, family support, education management, role conflict, academic load and social atmosphere. Based on 7 factors, a four in one stress intervention system, namely, "oneself, family, school, society", is put forward.
