Simulation analysis of the common-mode conducted EMI source for Buck converter
本文针对Buck变换器的共模传导电磁干扰进行了时域和频域的仿真分析。基于Buck变换器共模传导电磁干扰产生的机理,建立了可对系统共模EMI进行仿真研究的时域和频域模型。针对干扰源为矩形波、梯形波和含电压尖峰梯形波三种等效模型对Buck变换器共模电流进行了仿真分析。
In this paper, the common-mode EMI of Buck converter is simulated in time and frequency domain. Based on the mechanism of the common-mode conducted EMI for Buck converter, time and frequency simulation models for the purpose of simulation and analysis of EMI are developed. When the interference source are the rectangular wave、trapezoidal wave and trapezoidal wave model which have a voltage spike on rise, the common-mode currents are simulated and analyzed for Buck converter.
