基于GONE理论的经理管理防御行为形成机理分析
Managerial Entrenchment Behavior Forming Mechanism Based on GONE Theory
从心理学场论出发,结合GONE理论分析行为的形成过程,基于此,分析经理管理防御行为的影响因素、表现形式及形成路径,构建经理管理防御行为形成机理的概念模型。分析表明:经理管理防御行为的产生源于经理的贪婪本性以及对金钱利益、在职消费、职位安全和心理安全的需要;在贪婪和需要的驱动下产生追求自利性和公平性的防御动机;经理在考虑自身拥有的权力和信息优势及所受到的监督约束或所冒的风险之后,便会决定是否实施防御行为以及如何实施。最终依据分析结果提出了降低经理管理防御的几点建议。
his paper analyzes the influence factors, forms and forming path of managerial entrenchment behavior based on the forming process of the behavior, which is started from the psychology field theory, combining GONE theory. And, it builds the conceptual model of the forming mechanism of managerial entrenchment behavior. It is analyzed that managerial entrenchment behavior results from the manager's greed nature as well as the needs of money, on-the-job consumption, job security and psychological security. Managerial entrenchment motivation of self-interest and fairness is driven by manager's greed and need. Manager will decide whether to implement managerial entrenchment behavior and how to implement after he balances his own power, information superiority, supervision, constraint and the risk. Finally we put forward some suggestions to control managerial entrenchment behavior based on the results of the analysis.
