海滩牵牛挥发油镇痛抗炎作用的研究

目的：研究潮汕地区草药海滩牵牛Ipomoea herb挥发油在体内的镇痛抗炎活性。方法：在巴豆油致小鼠耳肿胀实验和冰醋酸致小鼠扭体模型上评价其在体内的镇痛抗炎活性。结果：与模型对照组相比，海滩牵牛挥发油能剂量依赖地抑制巴豆油致小鼠耳肿胀，减少冰醋酸致小鼠扭体次数。结论：海滩牵牛挥发油具有良好的抗镇痛炎活性
IM:To study anti-inflammation, anti-analgesic effect of volatile oil from Ipomoea herb. METHODS: The mice ear-edema model induced by croton oil and the mice writhing test induced by acetic acid were used to study the anti-inflammation, anti-analgesic effect by different dosage of volatile oil from Ipomoea herb. RESULTS: Volatile oil Ipomoea herb could obviously inhibit the ear-edema in mice induced by croton oil and the number of writhing in mice induced by acetic acid. CONCLUSION: Volatile oil from Ipomoea herb has anti-inflammation, anti-analgesic effect.
