何首乌肝毒性实验研究
Study on the Hepatotoxicity Induced by White Peony Root
【目的】探讨生何首乌的肝毒性。【方法】将大鼠随机分为何首乌高剂量组、何首乌低剂量组、正常组3组，观察不同剂量的生何首乌对大鼠的肝功能及肝组织病理变化的影响。【结果】各组大鼠肝功能指标未发生显著改变，肝组织亦未能观察到明显病理变化。【结论】生何首乌没有明显的肝损害作用。
【Objective】To study the hepatotoxicity induced by White peony root. 【Methods】Rats were divided randomly into three groups: high-doseage group, low-doseage group, and normal group. The function and histomorphological changes of the liver were observed. 【Results】The function and histomorphological changes of the liver in all groups did not vary significantly. 【Conclusions】White peony root did not induce hepatic injure.
