The purpose of this paper is trying to deduct the formation of virtual enterprise, which will be based on resource based view theory, the theory of the growth of the firm and resource dependence theory and will focus on firm resources. Based on this, the paper will contrast virtual enterprise with strategic alliance, supply chain and outsourcing on governance structure and strategic motive.
