装配式型钢斜交密肋复合墙受剪承载力研究

与传统的密肋复合墙相比,装配式型钢斜交密肋复合墙是用H型钢代替钢筋作为结构骨架,并采用斜交肋格形式的一种新型密肋复合墙体,其具有刚度大、承载力高、抗震性能好及节约材料等优点。本文在试验研究的基础上,通过数值模拟,对该墙体的受剪承载力进行研究,分析了型钢斜交密肋复合墙的受剪承载力影响因素。结果表明:模拟结果与试验结果吻合良好,影响型钢斜交密肋复合墙的受剪承载力因素较多,其中,截面含钢率对墙体受剪承载力的影响最大。通过研究装配式型钢斜交密肋复合墙的受剪机理,结合受剪承载力影响因素分析结果,提出了型钢斜交密肋复合墙偏心受压下的斜截面受剪承载力公式,并给出了公式的适用条件。通过受剪承载力公式计算结果与试验值对比可知,本文提出的型钢斜交密肋复合墙的斜截面受剪承载力公式合理,适用性良好。

ompared with the traditional multi-ribbed composite wall, the precast shape steel oblique multi-ribbed composite wall is an innovative multi-ribbed composite wall with oblique frame-grid, whose reinforcing bars in the grids are replaced by shape steels. The improved wall possesses some advantages such as high lateral stiffness and bearing capacity, excellent seismic behavior and material savingStudy on the Shear Strength of Precast Shape Steel Oblique Multi-ribbed Composite Wall. On the basis of experimental research, shear strength of precast shape steel oblique multi-ribbed composite wall and the influence factors of shear strength of the new-type wall were studied through finite element simulation in the paper. The consequences showed that the results of numerical simulation was similar to that of experiment. There are many factors influencing shear strength of shape steel oblique multi-ribbed composite wall and section steel ratio is the leading one among them. The shear mechanism of shape steel oblique multi-ribbed composite wall was researched. Based on analysis results of the influence factors of shear strength, a formula for evaluating the shear bearing capacity of oblique section of shape steel oblique multi-ribbed composite wall under eccentric compression was put forward, meanwhile, the application conditions of the formula were proposed too. By comparing calculation of the shear bearing capacity formula with the value of test, it is receivable that the formula is reasonable and has a good applicability.
