ZnS/TiO2纳米管的模板法制备及其光催化性能研究

Synthesis of ZnS/TiO2 nanotubes by using titanate nanotube template and their photocatalytic performance

以钛酸纳米管为模板,采用含有氯化镉和硫脲的钛溶胶对其进行浸渍处理,再经焙烧制得不同ZnS含量的一维ZnS/TiO2纳米管。运用X-射线衍射和透射电子显微镜表征所得材料,并考察了ZnS/TiO2样品在紫外光及模拟日光条件下的光催化降解甲基橙溶液活性。结果表明,与硫化锌耦合可以提高二氧化钛纳米管在紫外光下以及可见光下的光催化性能,而且经过500 oC焙烧后得到的ZnS/TiO2纳米管的光催化活性最高。

By using hydrogen titanate nanotubes as template, and titanium sol containing zinc nitrate and thiourea as impregnation solution, ZnS/TiO2 nanotubes are prepared after a further calcination process. The prepared materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. Using methyl orange solution as wastewater, the photocatalytic activity of ZnS/TiO2 nanotubes was investigated under UV light and simulated sunlight irradiation. Obtained results indicate that improved photocatalytic performance can be obtained because of the coupling effect, and the ZnS/TiO2 nanotubes exhibit the best photocatalytic performance when they are calcinated at 500 oC.
