s a common condition in modern medicine, phlebitis is treated differently. In the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, there is a disease called evil pulse , whose symptoms have certain similarities with phlebitis. This paper aims to combine the theory and practice of traditional Chinese and western medicine, summarize the nursing experience of a case of phlebitis patient, give full play to the characteristic advantages of traditional Chinese medicine, and use traditional Chinese medicine to effectively reduce swelling and relieve pain. In addition, the treatment method of applying qingpeng ointment is also used to further promote the recovery of patients. Through this nursing intervention strategy of integrated Chinese and Western medicine, we have successfully reduced the pain of patients, accelerated the repair process of skin tissue, brought better treatment results for patients, and also saved medical costs for medical institutions.
