水资源短缺是石羊河流域退化绿洲最突出的生态特征。随着《石羊河流域重点治理规划》的实施,该地区灌溉配水面积有显著的缩小趋势,但如何提高灌溉配水面积遥感检测的精度在该地区水资源高效管理的前提和难点。本文采用2005年资源二号卫星影像作为基本图层与TM卫星影像融合形成基底值,将之与RTK-GPS全野外测量数据进行比较参照分析,研究了2006-2008年该地区灌溉面积的时空动态变化。结果表明,RTK实地测量数据其精度可达亚米级,但是实地对农村土地进行调查时由于各方面的原因,土地面积以及确切位置出现了不精准的现象。利用遥感影像进行校正处理后,得到详细且准确的土地灌溉配水面积的空间信息。我们的研究结果为下一步加强石羊河流域水资源高效管理奠定了相应的技术保障,研究方法为其他相关地区在中尺度上开展土地利用的高质量遥感检测提供了范式基础。

Water resource shortage is the most projecting ecological feature in degraded oasis of Shiyanghe Watershed. Following the implement of “The Pivot Harnessing Program of Shiyanghe Watershed”, the irrigation-planned area was reduced significantly in this region. However, how to improve remote-sensing monitoring accuracy of irrigation-planned water distribution is the prerequisite and obstacle for the efficient management of water resources in this region. In this study, temporal and spatial dynamics of irrigation area from 2006-2008 were investigated through the basis This paper introduces an integrated \"3S\" integrated technology of rural land area of the investigation process and the problems in this process were studied.
