“瓜蒌-薤白”药对对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用
Protective effect of Trichosanthes Kirilowii Maxim and Allium macrostemon on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rat
目的 观察瓜蒌薤白配伍前后对大鼠缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 在体结扎大鼠心脏冠状动脉左前降支法,观察心电图ST段变化,对心肌组织进行HE染色观察心肌坏死组织病理变化,采用TTC染色测定心肌梗死面积,并测定血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平。结果 瓜蒌薤白配伍后对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型有保护作用,能有效对抗心电图的ST段抬高,可明显缩小心肌梗死范围、保护心肌组织、降低血清中 LDH、CK-MB 的活性、减少MDA 的含量,升高血清SOD 的活性。结论 瓜蒌与薤白配伍后能有效抗心肌缺血再灌注损伤。
Objective To investigate the effects of Trichosanthes Kirilowii Maxim and Allium macrostemon Bge (TKAM) on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rats. Methods The ischemic model was made by occluding the anterior descending of the left artery (LAD) in rats. The change of ST segment were observed ; the activity of creatine kinase- MB (CK-MB) in serum were measured; the activity of the lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in serum were measured; and the levels of maleic dialdehyde (MDA) in serum were measured. And by tetrazolium chloride (TTC) Staining , the areas of myocardial infraction were observed. The cardiac muscle tissue was stained by HE to observe its necrosis area and pathological changes. Results On the myocardial infarction model by occluding the anterior descending of the LAD in rats, TKAM obviously protected the myocardium cells , reduced the height of ST segment and the areas of myocardial infraction , and decreased the activity of CK-MB, LDH in serum ,and decreased the level of MDA in serum, and enhanced the activity of SOD in serum. Conclusions After Trichosanthes Kirilowii Maxim compatibility with Allium macrostemon Bge ,the whole protection against myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury has enhanced.
