全球物流业的发展给邮政带来了新的发展空间,邮政在向物流方向发展时,应在充分认识自己优势和不足的基础上,坚持“以市场为导向,以客户为中心”的理念采取相应的经营策略:明确客户需求,实施客户关系管理,开展一体化物流服务和定制化物流服务,降低物流业务价格,提高服务质量,扩展服务的领域,增加业务量,实现规模经济效益,并向电子商务物流发展,来应对国内物流企业和国外不断挺进的物流巨头企业的挑战。
he development of global logistics brings new growing space for post industry. when developing with logistics, both opportunities and threats of post industry should be fully understood , rules of "market oriented, customer-centered" should be stuck to and related strategy should be practiced, which include: make sure the customer’s need, apply customer relationship management, provide consistent and customized services, reduce the logistic service price, gain the volume, broaden the service domain, increase the business dealing, to improve economic effectiveness and e-business logistics should be token into consideration to meet the challenge brought by logistics companies both at home and abroad.。
