辐照处理新雄性不育系过氧化物酶和脂酶同工酶分析
Esterase and Peroxidase Isozyme Analysis on Different Cytoplasmic Male-Sterility (CMS) lines in Brassica napus.L
摘要:采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳法,对甘蓝型油菜的Polima、Shan2A、Ogu和辐照处理的新雄性不育系(Xin1和Xin2)及其同一保持系的种子进行了脂酶和过氧化物酶分析,结果表明:不育系和保持系间的酶谱都有显著的差异。并且Ogu有一条特有谱带,辐照处理的新的不育系Xin1和Xin2间也存在差别,Xin1趋向于Polima系统,Xin2趋向于Ogu系统,而Shan2A和Polima没有区别。
bstract: By means of vertical slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresid, Esterase and Peroxidase Isozyme in seed of Polima、Shan2A、Ogu and New(Xin1 and Xin2) Cytoplasmic Male-Sterility (CMS) line in Brassica napus.L were analyzed. Results showed isozyme pattern differences existed not only between CMS lines and their maintainer but also among 5 CMS lines. Xin1 and Xin2 probably belong to Polima CMS and Ogu CMS respectively. Ogu CMS have a special pattern.Shan 2A is identical to Polima.
