基于混合像元分解的生物丰度指数提取
Extracting Biological Abundance Index By Mixed Pixel Decomposition Base On Remote Sensing Images
随着遥感技术的发展,遥感技术广泛应用于生态环境监测等方面。准确提取生物丰度状况,可以为遥感技术监测生态环境提供其可靠数据。利用遥感数据进行生物丰度的提取,常用的是基于分类后影像划分不同规格的栅格区域为研究单元利用生物丰度指数进行生物丰度的提取,此方法受遥感数据分辨率的影响,研究单元面积越大越无法准确获取小范围内的生物丰度信息。本文采用线性混合像元分解法对ETM+影像进行混合像元分解并计算每个像元中地物所占比例并分类,提出基于一个像元为研究单元提取生物丰度信息。结果表明,混合像元分解的分类精度明显高于最大似然法分类,且最终提取以一个像元为研究单元的生物丰度指数。
With the development of remote sensing technology, using remote sensing technology to monitor environmental has been effective. In order to obtain biological abundance index accurately, the classification base on remote sensing images must be accurate compare with ground truth data. However, the spatial resolution of remote sensing data couldn't provide every pixel with single type of land cover. Method of mixed pixel decomposition can classify this mixed pixel into percent of each land cover types. In this paper, we use linear unmixing method to get abundance of each type of land cover, calculating biological abundance index and degrees. The results show that the classification accuracy of linear unmixing method is higher than that of maximum likelihood method and we extracted a pixel as a study area of the biological abundance index.
