作为一种持久性有机污染物,虽然大部分国家早已禁止使用,但在土壤中仍有大量残留。植物修复是目前DDTs污染土壤修复的有效途径之一。本文简述了国内外土壤中DDTs残留现状,并从植物体对DDTs的吸收和代谢,根系分泌物促进DDTs的降解及根际微生物的降解等方面系统的综述了植物对DDTs污染土壤的修复。同时,通过当前植物对DDTs污染土壤的修复研究成果的阐述,展望了今后需要进一步研究的领域。

is one kind of Persistent organic pollutants. Although the most countries have forbidden using DDT, it still has a great quantity to leave in soils. At present, phytoremedia- tion is an effective method to remedy DDTs- contaminated soils. This paper discussed in brief DDTs residual in soils from home and abroad, reviewed in detail the phytoremediation of DDTs- contaminated soils from absorption and metabolism, root-exudates-stimulated degradation and rhizospheric microbial degradation. At the same time, according to the research achievements of utilizing plants to remedy DDTs-contaminated soils, this paper looked in the fields that needed to study further in the future.
