电针治疗妇科术后尿潴留56例

Objective: To probe into the treatment efficacy of the Acupuncture Combined with Sparse-Dense-Wave Electro-stimulation for the treatment of the Gynecological Postoperative Urinary Retention. Methods: Randomly divide 106 patients with the Gynecological Postoperative Urinary Retention into two groups: Electro-acupuncture Group and Computerized Mid-frequency Group to compare treatment efficacy. Results: Electro-acupuncture Group:56 cases total, 30cases showed effect, 21cases improved, 3case invalid, and the total efficiency is 94.64%. Computerized Mid-frequency Group: 50 cases total, 14cases showed effect, 20cases improved, 16case invalid, and the total efficiency is 68.00%. After being calculated by Ridit Examination and t Examination for statistically analysis, p<0.01, treatment efficacy has prominent difference. Conclusion: the Electro-Acupuncture Group has evident treatment efficacy over the Computerized Mid-frequency Group.
