基于FPGA的闪电回击波形峰值提取算法研究

闪电回击波形特征是研究闪电的重要依据,而回击波形的特征又集中体现在波形峰值上,因此正确获取回击波形的峰值具有重大意义。常规的波形峰值提取算法是根据求最大值原理来实现的。对于一般的波形,例如正弦波、三角波和其他规则的波形来说比较合适,但是对于自然闪电中的回击波形特性的不确定性,略显不足,有必要针对回击波形的特征作进一步改进。本文中提出了基于FPGA采用VHDL硬件编程语言的峰值提取算法不仅适用于常规的波形,而且更适用于回击波形的峰值提取。
he characteristics of Lightning hit-back waveform is an important basis to study lightning, and the characteristics of the waveform epitomizes in the waveform peak, therefore getting the waveform peak is of great significance. Conventional waveform peak extraction algorithm is based on seeking maximum principle, which is appropriate for general waveforms, such as sine, triangle wave and other rules of the waveform. But for natural lightning come back waveform, the algorithm is slightly less than, the need to fight back waveform characteristics for further improvement. Extracted peak extraction algorithms based on the VHDL hardware programming language is not only applicable to conventional waveform, but also the peak of the hit-back waveform.
