It briefly introduces the content of safety objective management and Occupational Safety and Health Management System and states the close relation and differentiation between them. In order to decrease coal mine accident, it analyzes the fundamental reasons and discusses the safe production in the coal mine. Eventually, organically integrate safety objective management with Occupational Safety and Health Management System, and put forward suggestions for coal mine safety production.
