财政支出对农村居民消费的影响及其空间效应研究

ESDA-GIS analysis is adopted to explore the spatial correlation between rural public expenditure and the rural inhabitants' consumption. In-depth discussion concerning the impact of fiscal expenditure on rural consumption by the spatial econometric model follows. The results show that: （1）The rural inhabitants' consumption and the fiscal agriculture spending all show a significant positive spatial correlation and a stable increasing trend on the whole from west to east.（2）The spatial correlation of financial subsidies and rural social security system is becoming more remarkable from 1995 to 2014，which shows a stable decreasing trend from south to north.（3）The fiscal agriculture spending has an apparent inhibitive effect. While the financial subsidies and rural social security system, and rural per capita net income both have promoted the rural residents' consumption.
