生脉胶囊对慢性心衰大鼠血浆AngⅡ、ALD、ET的影响
Effect of Shengmai capsules on the AngⅡ, ALD & ET in plasma of rats with chronic congestive heart failure
目的 探讨生脉胶囊对慢性心力衰竭大鼠血浆内分泌激素血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、醛固酮(ALD)、内皮素(ET)的影响。方法 将大鼠随机分为假手术组、心衰模型组、生脉胶囊组、卡托普利组、生脉胶囊加卡托普利组，采用腹主动脉缩窄法造成大鼠慢性心力衰竭模型，治疗7周时采用放射免疫法测定大鼠血浆AngⅡ、ALD、ET的含量。 结果 ①模型组血浆AngⅡ、ALD的含量均高于假手术组(P<0.01)，生脉胶囊组和卡托普利组AngⅡ、ALD的含量均低于模型组(P<0.01或P<0.05)；生脉加卡托组AngⅡ的含量低于模型组(P<0.05)。②模型组血浆ET有高于假手术组的趋势(P=0.06)，生脉胶囊组有低于模型组的趋势(P=0.058)，卡托普利组和生脉加卡托组均低于模型组(P<0.01)。结论 生脉胶囊可降低慢性心力衰竭大鼠血浆内分泌水平，与其减轻心室重构作用有关。
Objective: Research the effect of Shengmai capsules on the AngⅡ, ALD & ET in plasma of chronic congestive heart failure(CHF)rats. Methods: 75 SD female rats were deviated randomly into 5 groups, 15 rats each group: sham-operation group(A), CHF model group(B), CHF model treated by Shengmai capsules group(Shengmai capsule group, C), CHF model treated by Captopril group(Captopril group, D), CHF model treated by Shengmai capsule and Captopril group(shengmai capsule & captopril group, E). Suprarenal abdominal artery constriction was operated to prepare CHF rat models. After 7 week treating respectively, the contents of AngⅡ, ALD & ET in plasma of rats were detected with RIA. Results: The contents of AngⅡ, ALD were both higher in group B than in group A (P<0.01) and lower in group C and D than in group B (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The content of AngⅡ was lower in group E than in group B (P<0.05). Plasma ET in group B had the increase tendency against group A (P=0.06), and the same as group B against group C (P=0.058) while lower in group D and E than group B (P<0.01). Conclusion: Shengmai capsules could cut down the contents of plasma ET, Ang II and ALD, inhibit the neuroendocrine which was related to relieving the ventricular remodeling of CHF
