本文提出了G.723.1语音编码算法在Davinci平台上实现方法,并根据Dacinci平台结构特点对其进行C语言级和汇编级的优化,同时对G.723.1语音编码算法中ACELP算法进行了改进,提出了一种新的码本搜索算法-First-Forecast ACELP算法,使得优化后的G.723.1算法的计算复杂度降低。提出了最新推出的TMS320C64X的优化策略,从工程和系统的角度总结出一套既能满足实时性又能保证开发时效性的实用的优化编程方法。

he paper discribes how to implement the ITU-T G.723.1 on the Davinci,and optimizes the algorithm with C and ASM based on the framework of the Davinci,and improves ACELP algorithm, advances a new codebook search method-First-Forecast ACELP, the speed of optimized G.723.1 is 7.83MCPS.The paper researches up to date optimization policy, and summarizes a suit of realtime and actual effect programme method from project and system.
