热处理对Al-4.3Cu-0.8Mg合金组织与性能的影响
Effects of Heat treatment On Microstructure and Properties of Al-4.3Cu-0.8Mg alloy
本文对Al-4.3Cu-0.8Mg合金进行不同的热处理,通过显微组织观察、力学性能检测及断口形貌分析,对Al-Cu-Mg合金硬度和冲击韧性的提高进行了研究,最终发现,对合金进行固溶+时效处理,可明显细化合金组织,提高合金的硬度和韧性;Al-4.3Cu-0.8Mg合金经525℃固溶8h,190℃时效10h处理后,硬度可达最高。经505℃固溶6h,180℃时效8h处理后,合金冲击韧性最好。
In this paper, the Al-4.3Cu-0.8Mg alloy was heat treated by different temperature and time. We observe the microstructure, detect the mechanical properties, analyze the fractography and study Al-Cu-Mg alloys to improve it\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s hardness and impact toughness. Finally, we have a result that solution treatment and aging treatment can refine the microstructure of the alloy and improve the hardness and toughness; when the solution temperature is 525℃, the solution time is 8h, the aging temperature is 190 ℃, the aging time is 10h, the hardness of the Al-4.3Cu-0.8Mg alloy is the highest; when the solution temperature is 505℃, the solution time is 6h, the aging temperature is 180 ℃, the aging time is 8h, the impact toughness of the alloy is the best.
