基于软土路面的越野车辆平顺性研究
Ride Comfort Research of off-road vehicle based on Soft Terrain
基于载荷沉陷理论开发出用于计算弹性轮胎-软土路面接触力的ADAMS用户子程序,在某越野车整车虚拟样机模型中实现弹性轮胎与软土路面之间非线性接触模拟。通过改变软土路面相关参数,对该越野车进行随机输入行驶试验仿真,仿真结果表明,随着路面变形的增大,轮胎动载荷,悬架动扰度均有较大变化,车身的振幅有显著增大。
he virtual prototype model of an off-road vehicle is built based on ADAMS software and the user-written subroutine for calculating interaction force between elastic tire and soft soil is set up according to the load-sinkage theory. The non-linear contact simulation between elastic tire and soft soil was implemented successfully by using ADAMS software. By changing the soil related parameters, off-road vehicle dynamic was simulated on the random input running test. The simulation result shows that the body acceleration,suspension dynamic deformation and tire dynamic load of the vehicle all changed and the displacement of body increases obviously as terrain deformation increases.
