目前,管道水力输送已经在众多工业领域得到广泛应用。管道水力输送是综合性的交叉技术学科,其核心是管道内固液两相流动的研究。本文利用建立起的管道内沿管长随时间的三维流动状态模型,以d50为0.372mm的中沙在管径为150mm管道中的流动为例,对床体静止时输沙管道中的流动结构进行分析,模拟不同的输入速度下管道中各参数的变化情况。结果表明,两层模型方法简单实用,模型能够较为准确的模拟出管道输沙的流动结构,可以用于下一步阻力损失的计算。并可以在此基础上探索运动床情况下管道内的流动结构变化特性。

t present, the pipeline hydraulic transportation has been widely used in many industrial fields. Pipeline hydraulic transportation is a integrated cross-technology discipline, the core of which is the solid-liquid two-phase pipeline flow research. taking the d50=0.372 medium sized sand transported in a 150mm pipeline as example, This paper sets up a three-dimensional model of two layers to simulate the change of each parameter under different input speed and to analyze the flow structure of sand transport when sedimentary bed is static. The results show that the method of two-layer model is simple and practical,and the model can accurately simulate the flow structure of pipeline and can be used in the calculation of the resistance loss.On this basis we can explore the characteristics of moving-bed pipeline flow.
