本研究制备了具有优异类过氧化物酶活性的二维硼纳米片(2DBS),该纳米酶在过氧化氢存在下,可催化TMB氧化生成蓝色产物,基于此原理建立了牛奶中过氧化氢的快速比色检测方法。米氏方程动力学模型研究结果表明,2DBS纳米酶对过氧化氢的亲和力远高于四氧化三钴、四氧化三铁纳米颗粒和辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)。此外,对其催化机制进行了研究。在最优条件下,该比色方法在0.01~0.2 μM范围内呈现良好的线性,对过氧化氢的检出限为1.26 nM。实际牛奶样品中过氧化氢的加标回收率在89.7%~105.37%范围内,相对标准偏差<2.1%。牛奶样品中存在的共存物质,对该比色方法几乎无干扰作用,其检测结果完全可以满足实际样品的检测需求。

wo-dimensional boron nanosheets (2DBS) with excellent intrinsic peroxidase-like activity were prepared in this research. Based on the nanozyme that can catalyze hydrogen peroxide oxidation of 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) to generate a colored solution, a rapid colorimetric detection method for hydrogen peroxide in milk was established. The results of the Michaelis-Menten model showed that the affinity of 2DBS for hydrogen peroxide was much higher than that of cobalt oxide, ferroferric oxide nanoparticles, and horseradish peroxidase (HRP). In addition, the catalytic mechanism was investigated. Under the optimal conditions, the colorimetric method showed good linearity in the range of 0.01~0.2 μM and the detection limit of hydrogen peroxide was 1.26 nM. The recovery rate of hydrogen peroxide in milk samples was in the range of 89.7%~105.37% and the relative standard deviation was <2.1%. The coexisting substances in the milk sample hardly interfere with the colorimetric method, and the detection results can fully meet the detection requirements of actual samples.
