在当前卫星网络蓬勃发展的时代,网络流量预测技术对于卫星网络资源的管理和规划、服务质量的保障、以及网络安全的提升等方面起着至关重要的作用。本文研究了基于卫星网络架构下的网络流量预测问题,旨在提高流量预测的准确性和效率,为卫星网络的路由决策提供支持。本文在研究时主要考虑单个卫星节点的流量接收情况,并以此背景开展流量预测研究。本文使用BP神经网络进行预测,在BP神经网络的基础上引入遗传算法对BP神经网络进行优化,实验证明GA-BP神经网络在流量预测方面有较好的性能。GA-BP神经网络在平均绝对误差,均方根误差和平均相对误差等指标上相比BP神经网络降低11.663%,6.574%,5.400%。

In the era of booming satellite network development, network traffic prediction technology plays a crucial role in managing and planning satellite network resources, ensuring service quality, and enhancing network security. This paper explores the problem of network traffic prediction within the context of satellite network architecture, aiming to improve the accuracy and efficiency of traffic prediction to support satellite network routing decisions. The study primarily focuses on the traffic reception of individual satellite nodes as the basis for conducting traffic prediction research. This paper employs a BP neural network for prediction and introduces a genetic algorithm to optimize the BP neural network. The experimental results demonstrate that the GA-BP neural network performs better in traffic prediction. Compared to the BP neural network, the GA-BP neural network reduces the average absolute error, root mean square error, and average relative error by 11.663%, 6.574%, and 5.400%, respectively.?????
