为了实现对跨座式单轨交通接触网磨损程度的自动化检测,研究设计了一种基于图像序列的接触网磨损程度三维检测方法。首先,通过相机获取移动接触网(相对于激光器与相机)的连续表面轮廓图像,然后由得到的轮廓图像形成视差图构造接触网检测区域的三维空间模型,最后采用均值最小值法实现接触网检测区域深度值的计算。设计实验对三维检测方法与人工检测进行对比分析,实验结果表明,本文提出的三维检测方法相对于人工测量有较高的稳定性,与人工检测的绝对差值在0.5mm以内。因此,本文提出的接触网磨损程度三维检测方法满足跨座式单轨交通接触网磨损自动检测可靠性与准确性的基本要求。

In order to realize the automatic detection of the wearing situation of the straddle type monorail traffic catenary, a 3D detection was proposedfor catenary wireusing image sequences. First,the surface profiles of the moving catenary (relative to the laser and the camera)were obtained by the camera. The tridimensional space model of catenary was established by the disparity image and the depth value of catenary detection area was calculated using the proposed minimizing mean value method. Experiments were designed and carried out to compare the 3D detection method with artificial measurement. Experiment results showed that the proposed3D detection method indicated higher stability compared with the artificial measurement. The absolute difference between the two methods were within 0.5mm. The 3D detection method has certain reliability and accuracy, which can be used for automatic detection of the straddle type monorail traffic catenary wire degree.
