机场跑道的图像监测系统设计与实现

以图像处理技术为基础,依托VS2010平台,利用OpenCV函数库开发了机场外来物FOD (Foreign Object Debris)监测系统。从硬件、系统工作流程两方面提出了建立机场监控塔、监控中心和应急中心3个服务平台的方案。基于图像技术,设计了以自动阈值分割技术结合背景差分法、三帧法的目标识别模块和以Camshift为关键技术的目标跟踪模块,实现了前景目标识别和多目标跟踪两大功能。测试结果显示,目标识别准确率和精确度均较高,且受环境影响小,系统可靠性高。?
FOD(Foreign Object Debris)monitoring system for airports is implemented on the VS2010 platform with OpenCV function library, utilizing various image processing technologies. The service platforms of control tower, monitoring center and emergency center are built from two aspects, the hardware and work flow. The automatic threshold segmentation technology, background difference algorithm and three-frame method are applied to design the target recognition module; and Camshift algorithm is used to design the target tracking module. These two modules are employed to recognize and track multiple targets. In the experiment, it is shown that the targets can be detected with high accuracy and definition, and the system presents low environment impact and high reliability.
